Operations Manager

Hi, I’m Keith.

So, a bit about me.

I love this stuff. The whole financial planning thing.

After getting a degree in music, I worked at a leading investment management firm in Los Angeles for 18 years. But I had this itch all along that I wanted to open my own financial planning firm at some point. I finally decided to move forward with that dream in 2019, and here I am.

I’m now based in Spokane, Washington, but I work with clients virtually, so we can help people who live anywhere.

I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to finances. I have so much fun with this topic and am honored to be able to help others with it. Money can be such a tough subject, so I love coming alongside people to help them navigate the questions they have, as well as the questions they don’t know they should have.

I started Spencer Financial Planning to empower people through Financial Health. We’re a fee-only, fiduciary firm. We look out for our clients’ best interests and help them make fantastic money decisions.

Hi, I’m Nina.

A bit about me.

I’m not quite the nerd that Keith is when it comes to finances, but I am quite into efficiency. When it comes to business, I love the interworkings of a business and how processes and procedures can streamline time and work. Yeah, okay maybe I’m a bit of nerd about Operations…

Born and raised in Spokane, WA, I love the outdoors and learned how to work hard and with my hands from a young age on our Eastern WA family grain farm. I’ve had a smattering of jobs in the customer service industry, business industry, and even airline industry. But what I love the most is the small business industry where you have the power to build what you want and make a difference in your business and the people around you.

Which is why I love working at Spencer Financial Planning, where I get to impact the flow of the business, our clients’ experience, and our team’s experience at SFP!
